In order to perform our service to provide you with the best service, get you the best deals and in order to book Hotels, we have to process your personal data. We only process personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so.
The categories of (personal) data that we collect and process when you browse or book a Hotel in the app are as follows:
Contact details for concluding a booking
We collect and process personal data necessary to complete your booking
reservations.
Contact details for creating a membership account
We process your personal data necessary to create an account on Voyin,
such as your name and surname, email, and potentially also phone number
and address. By creating an account you become a Voyin Member and have
access to certain discounts.
Personal data related to inquiries and requests
We process your name, email address and inquiry or request which you
have submitted via the contact form in our app.
Location data
We may process information about your current geographical location
when you use the app on a mobile phone or other electronic device for
the purpose of suggesting Hotels that are nearest to you.
Browsing data
We may process information on how you use our app with the device you
use to access our app, such as device data, log data and other data
about your usage of our app.
For the conclusion and execution of an agreement
We process personal data for bookings, creating accounts, managing
inquiries, and managing job applications.
For compliance with legal obligations
We may process your personal data if required to comply with legal
obligations, such as keeping records for tax purposes.

to run a lawful business, including preventing fraud, marketing activities,
